Bedford Town slipped to their third successive Southern League Division One Central defeat on Tuesday night, losing 4-1 at Bedworth.
It was the third game in a row that Craig Adams’ side has shipped three goals too, as they fell behind on 13 minutes when Luke Rowe’s inswinging corner caused chaos in the box and Danny Dubidat forced home.
Eagles were posing a threat too as Tom Glasscoe’s shot deflected into the path of Russell Bull but Denham Hinds got down well to save.
It was 2-0 just before half time when Dubidat hooked the ball into the bottom corner from 12 yards.
He then completed his treble straight after the break when Daniel Creaney’s mishit his shot fell to Dubidat who finished well.
Dubidat then turned provider, crossing for Keenan Meakin-Richards to loop in a header at the near post in the 58th minute.
Bedford pulled one back when Neil King saw Hinds off his line and scored with a stunning Beckham-esque lob.
This weekend, Bedford, who have now dropped to 18th in the table, host Leighton Town in the Red Insure Cup first round.
