EAGLES: Bedford Town 1 Truro City 1
Bedford Town were held to a draw at home to Truro City in the Zamaretto Premier on Saturday - their third stalemate in a row.
The Eagles took the lead on ten minutes through Craig Daniel and held that through to half time and although Truro pressed, the home defence held firm.
But five minutes midway through the second half turned the game.
Graham Clark was through on goal when he appeared to be brought down. Penalty appeals were waved away, but inside a minute the Cornish visitors were awarded a free kick at the other end and Alex Jeannin curled in a left foot shot to level.
A couple of minutes later Graham Clark broke through and his shot was parried on to the post by the keeper and then gathered.
Daniel shot just wide and Truro hit the bar late on but the score ended 1-1 in front of 344 spectators at the Eyrie.
