Beds Road Club

Beds Road Club’s veteran riders braved the winter weather on Saturday to take part in the Eastern League End Of Season Team Cyclo-Cross Championships in Bury St Edmunds. On a fast but frozen course, Rowland Wallbank led the team home in 14th place, closely followed by Mark Anstee and Steve James in 15th and 16th respectively.

Geoff Cooper came 21st and the performances were enough to ensure the club came third in the veteran male category.
