Cook helps to conjure up win as England wrap up series victory

CRICKET: Former Bedford School batsman Alastair Cook hit an unbeaten 43 as England wrapped up a series win over the West Indies at Trent Bridge on Monday.

Chasing 108 to win, England eased to a nine-wicket victory as they reached 111-1.

Cook had made 24 in the first innings as England now lead the three-match series 2-0, with the final Test starting at Edgbaston a week today.
