Peter Francis previews the action for Saturday, September 11

With Premier Division supported by Sportsform league leaders Renhold United sitting the afternoon out due to the demise of Ickwell & Old Warden, any one of five other clubs could top the table at the end of play.

Perhaps favourites to do so are current second spot Blunham,theywill be in home Moggerhanger Playing Fields action against AFC Kempston Town. Whilst for third place Shefford Town & Campton, the only top flight club still with an 100% perfect seasons record, its a tough looking fixture away at Harvey Close where they face Caldecote.

Over at Crawley Road, its a clash between hosts Woburn who currently hold down fourth spot and fifth place visitors Oakley Sports, a positive result either way could take the victors to the top of the table.

Also still in with a chance of that top spot are Dunton, they travel to Steppingley Road to face Flitwick Town.

Other action in this section coming at Stanbridge Road, the venue for Leighton United's home encounter with Southill Alexander and at Lodge Road, where hosts Sharnbrook look to end a three game losing run which has seen them drop to the bottom of the early season league table when Wilshamstead come calling.

In Division One, current league leaders Bedford Hatters will be expected to collect another three points when they host Bedford Sports Athletic at Miller Road.The match of the day in this section perhaps being the Marston Playing Fields encounter between fourth place Marston Shelton Rovers and second place visitors Blunham Reserves, both sides going into the game with 100% season records to preserve.

The club sitting between these two in the table is Potton Wanderers. They hit the road to Chaul End Lane to face Luton Old Boys.

For fifth place Meltis Albion, its a short trip down the road to Hillgrounds to face AFC Kempston Town Reserves.Whilst sixth place Henlow will be just across town in Mowsbury Park taking on hosts FC Meppershall.

The final action in this section coming at Bedford Road Recreation Ground. Where its local derby action between hosts Sandy and their visitors Ickwell & Old Warden Reserves.

In Division Two, the game of the day looks to be the clash at The Warren between fourth place hosts Elstow Abbey and Arlesey Social Galacticos, the current divisions league leaders.

For second place Clifton, its a trip on the road to Cutler Hammer to face Kempston Hammers Sports,where three points and the correct result for them at The Warren could see them top the table come Saturday evening.

Also hitting the road are third place Queens Park Crescents,theywill face no easy task collecting thethree points when they journey to The Luton Regional Sports Centre to face Stopsley Park.

For fifth place Great Barford its a trip on the road to face Bromham United. Whilst over at Hurst Grove, hosts Lidlington United Sports will be fully expecting to retain their seasons unbeaten record when paid a visit by bottom of the table Stevington.

Action at King George VI Playing Fields see hosts Kings AFC and visitors Harpur FC both look for their opening win of the season. While at Rectory Road its local derby action between hosts Shefford Town & Campton Reserves and their visitors Marabese Ceramics.

The final action of the day in this section coming at Greenfield Road, the venue for Westoning Recreation Club home clash with Lea Sports PSG.

In Division Three,league leaders Pavenham will be in home Hillgrounds action against Caldecote A , while third place M & DH Oakley will have the chance to climb above thenon-playing second place Sharnbrook Reserves should they collect the full three points from their home encounter with Co-Op Sports.

Over at Houghton Conquest Playing Fields, both hosts Wilshamstead Reserves and visitors Royal Oak Kempston look for their first point/points of the season when they meet each other.Whilst also looking to put points on the board for the first time this season are Dunton Reserves, who are in home Horseshoes Close action against Flitwick Town Reserves and Shefford Town and Campton A who journey to Stockwood Park to face still unbeaten Sundon Park Rangers.

Division Four action brings league leaders Goldington into home Mowsbury Park action against fellow 100% in shape of fifth place Thurleigh.Whilst second place AFC Turvey will be fully expected to maintain their own 100% seasons record when they journey to Hillgrounds to face Kempston Athletic.

For third place Eastcottsits a trip on the road to defend their own100% record as they head to Sunderland Road Playing Fields to face Potton Town.

Other action coming at Hinksley Recreation Ground, where hosts Dinamo Flitwick look to open their seasons winning account against Bedford Park Rangers. Whilst at Stewartby Way, both hosts Stewartby Village and visitors Wootton Village look for their first point/points of the season.

The final action being at Mowsbury Park, where Clifton Reserves headto face Goldington Hammers.
