Your company is invited to join in a Christmas celebration of Olympic sport in Bedford.

The next Bedford SportsAid lunch promises to be a festive affair - and the perfect opportunity to mark a sensational year for sport in the county.

The guest speaker is former sprinter Donna Fraser, who competed for GB at numerous major tournaments around the world.

SportsAid gives financial backing for training and equipment to potential sports stars of the future locally.

A large number of 2012 Olympic champions received Sportsaid funding in early years, including gold medallists Bedford kayaker Etienne Stott, Stotfold cyclist Victoria Pendleton and Milton Keynes long jumper Greg Rutherford.

The SportsAid Christmas lunch takes place at Bedford Blues Rugby Club marquee on Thursday, December 6.

It is the perfect occasion to treat your staff or business customers over a leisurely lunch followed by an entertaining talk by the special guest.

You can take a table of ten for £285 - however individual tickets are on sale too for £28.50.

Demand is expected to be high. For more details and to book, contact Nicola Adcock at nadcock@woodfines.co.uk or on 01234 270600.

Bedford Sportsaid lunch is supported by Woodfines, McIntyre Hudson, Mercedes Benz, The Embankment Hotel, Bedford Blues and the Times & Citizen.
