Social rugby is high on the agenda
Luton Rugby Club are back in full training for the new National League Three Midlands season, which starts with a home match against Broadstreet on September 4.
Newly-appointed head coach, Matt Allen, formerly of Northampton Saints, Cardiff and Bedford Blues is putting the squad through extensive fitness and skills work with a view to continuing an expansive brand of rugby at Newlands Road.
