AFC Kempston over the Moon as Bedford SA are hammered

Lee Moon enjoyed the perfect start to his management career in the Premier Division as his new AFC Kempston Town charges netted a 5-1 home win over Bedford SA.
Danny Pilgrim bagged a brace alongside strikes from Alex Russell, Tom Pitts and Ryan Grant, against a lone reply from James Dougan.
For Jim Burke's Oakley Sports it was a point earned the hard way as they twice came from behind to draw 3-3 at last season's champions Campton. Chris Huckle, Dean Bawden and Ben Brown were all on target for Oakley.
Riseley Sports, under new manager Andy Milne, threw away a 3-1 lead as they drew 3-3 at Sandy – the result of a 90th minute penalty. Mark Weekly scored twice and Tony Graham got the other.
Sharnbrook were on the wrong end of a 5-2 beating at Blunham. A Micheal Jones double and strikes from Paul Chamberlian and Scott Tallentire plus an own goal made up the home tally to replies from Chris Prior and Shaun Barnett. Meltis Corinthians' game with Henlow, meanwhile, was postponed.
In Division One, the star of the afternoon was Darren Rowlett who helped himself to five goals in Marston Social's 6-1 home win over Sandy Reserves, Daniel Bullen also on the scoresheet for Social.
Westoning Recreation Club claimed a 5-0 home win against Campton Reserves, with two goals from John Bass alongside strikes from Ian Buckingham, James Clark and Ollie Summers.
There was a ding dong battle at Miller Road where goals from Michael Butler and Sav Ventriglia saw Meltis Albion lead Flitwick Town 2-0, until goals from Ben Wallington, Chris Bull and Andy Pheby earned Town a 3-2 win.
At Crawley Road, hosts Woburn were on the wrong end of a 5-4 defeat to Stevington. Matt Coles and Richard Howlett netted twice and Lawrence Bentham once for the winners, while Martin Holland (2), Rob Simpson and Nick Skolsky were on target for Woburn.
AFC Kempston Town Reserves, meanwhile, beat Royal Oak Kempston 1-0 thanks to Fabio Cienntinni's goal.
In Division Two, goals from Michael Smith and Benny Crusco saw Lidlington United Sports come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at home with Blunham Reserves, while Meltis Corinthians Reserves went down 1-0 at home to Clifton.
Saffron's game with Great Barford finished goalless, while Meppershall Jurassic and Marston Shelton Rovers drew 3-3. Craig Damon, Dave Readman and Pat King were on the scoresheet for the home side, while Rovers' replies came from Chris Patrickson (2) and Tony Britten.
In Division Three, Marsh Leys kicked off their season in style with a 5-3 home win over Westoning Recreation Club Reserves. James Morris hit a brace, while Alan Cudjoe, Padriac Walsh and Steve Stringer also scored. Westoning's goals came from Joe Rogers (2) and Neil Reynolds.
Stewartby Village triumphed 3-1 at league newcomers Kempston Athletic with goals from Tom Wheelhouse, Duncan Chiesa and Phil Gaduj. Gary Whitbread netted Athletic's consolation.
