A woman who died in a road traffic collision on the A428 yesterday (Tuesday) has been named as 56-year-old Sandra Nightingale from Turvey.
Emergency services attended the incident between Bromham and the A6 turn-off involving a blue car and a silver 4x4 vehicle at around 5.45pm.
Mrs Nightingale was pronounced dead at the scene.
Specialist officers continue to support her family at this difficult time.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed until December.
