Avoid the area
Police officers are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on the A6, near Bedford.
The road is closed at the A6 Haynes junction, the Houghton Conquest junction and the Wilstead junction, so avoid the area if possible.
The incident happened just before noon today (Monday).
