A fantastic time was had by over 350,000 people who turned out for the biannual Bedford River Festival.
The two-day-long event featured a rainbow of music, historical displays, boat races and parades as well as the usual choice of fine foods, stalls and crafts.
On the Saturday over 100 boats paraded down the Great River Ouse and the night culminated with spectacular fireworks in Russell Park.
