Golf day details announced in Bedford Today-backed £400,000 campaign to refurbish endoscopy unit.
Teeing up your sporting plans for the summer?
Then make a diary date for June 19, when the Bedfordshire Golf Club in Stagsden will host the annual Bedford Hospitals Charity Golf Day.
It's in aid of the Times & Citizen-backed appeal to raise 400,000 to refurbish the endoscopy unit.
Teams of four can book their places for 200, with the event using the
stableford format where the best two scores on each hole count towards a side's final total.
Companies can also sponsor a hole for 40 per green or tee.
Brian Woodrow, charity chairman, said: "This has always been a very successful day for us, and great fun for everyone who takes part.
"People come back year after year which helps us to have a good atmosphere, but there will be spaces for new players too."
