YOUNGSTERS got involved in their own style of the Olympic torch relay on Friday.

Staff and children at nursery Busy Bees in Bedford were delivering their own version of the Olympic flame from a special bumble bee from their Letchworth nursery.

And the children all got involved by making their own Olympic torches.

Nursery manager Zoe Dickens said: “The torch has been going round all 160 Bust Bee nurseries, and the Letchworth one brought it to Bedford, we then took in the Milton Keynes the next day.

“The children really enjoyed getting involved and they all made their own torches

“We all had a really great day and it was a lot of fun getting involved with the Olympics.”
