Robbers target pizza delivery man
Trio strike in Kempston on Wednesday evening
A Pizza delivery man was threatened and had his takeaway order and bag stolen from him in Kempston last week.
The incident happened at around 11.45pm on Wednesday, September 1, when the victim was approaching an address in Beech Walk on foot.
A group of three men called him over and claimed they had made the order.
They then approached the Pizza Hut employee and grabbed the pizza bag. There was a struggle, and one of the offenders threatened the victim until he let go of the bag,
The trio then ran off with their haul, 27-worth of pizza and a bag valued at 100, towards Elstow Road.
The three men are described as of mixed race, between 5ft 10ins , in their early 20s, of slim build, and were all wearing dark clothing and baseball caps.
Beds Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident.
