For the makers of the latest Spielberg blockbuster it’s at a scrap metal yard in Bedfordshire.

Easy Recycling Solutions (ERS) were paid a visit by a prop master looking for items to create a dystopian set for the filming of Player One Ready.

ERS director Sonja Robinson said she was in her Watford branch when the film crew arrived unannounced.

She said: “They came in and saw some of the materials we had. They chose part of a stainless steel cabinet which used to house electrical cables.

“The set decorator sent in a wish list of things she needed, including a copper cylinder, which we had at our Bedford branch.”

Sonja shifted the items to Watford and the film crew carted them off to Leavesden Studios.

She said: “I was quite excited to be involved in the film in this way.”
