A farm worker was airlifted to hospital after being crushed between two vehicles in Riseley on Tuesday afternoon.

The man, aged in his 30s, suffered pelvis and abdomen injuries and was given pain relief on the scene before being rushed to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Paramedics, who were called just before 1.15pm, have described his condition as stable.
