ZOO licensing was the topic of a special seminar held by Central Bedfordshire Council which attracted officers from all over the country.

More than 70 officers travelled from all around the country to the event at Cranfield University.

The number of attendees represented over 30 per cent of authorities with zoos in England and Wales.
