UKIP leader in Bedford

A leading anti-EU politician will hold a public meeting in Bedford next week.

Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party(UKIP), will be at The Park Inn on Thursday, September 27.

The former Conservative Party member has been an MEP since 1999, and has been UKIP leader since 2010 after previously leading the party from 2006–2009.

The party describes itself as “non-racist, non-sectarian party dedicated to the freedom, democracy and the right of the UK’s people to govern themselves,” and advocates leaving the European Union immediately.

The meeting will begin at 7pm.
