Teenager attacked outside pub in Flitwick

A 15-year-old boy was attacked outside a pub in Flitwick and police are appealing for witnesses.

The incident took place at 1.50pm on Tuesday, August 5 outside the Bumblebee pub in Coniston Road, Flitwick, as the victim was sat on a wall.

The offender approached the victim and asked “What are you staring at?” before pushing the youngster backwards and then punching him to the face which caused the boy’s nose to bleed. The offender then ran away.

PC Dan Taylor, who is investigating the incident, is keen to speak with anyone who was in the area at the time of the assault and may have seen the offender or the incident taking

place.

The offender was a white man, 5ft 9in tall, average build and wearing a dark grey t-shirt with a picture of a rainbow on it and jogging bottoms.
