There will be dancing in the streets this summer as the Castle Quarter prepares for its third festival.
A stage will be erected outside The Gordon Arms, in Castle Road, where there will be live music from Opus18 Choir, Doghouse Roses, Samantha Hughes and the Ivory Collective.
For those who love the retro look, Carries Hand-Made and Vintage Fair is setting up several stalls inside the pub’s Ent Shed, while other stalls and food sellers will line the streets.
Festival organiser Karen Fryc said: “We had a brilliant time last year and we are really looking forward to doing it all again.
“So many people want to perform and hold a stall, we are having to turn people away. If only we could make the street longer.”
The free festival kicks off at 11 am on Sunday, June 29.
