‘Pimp mobile’ competes in Screwball
b12-1082 Greg and Sue Warwick are doing the Screwball Rally across Europe to raise money for Hounds for Heroes.
A “pimp” and his “madam” are set to travel around Europe over the next five days in a charity event called the Screwball Rally to raise funds for charity Hounds For Heroes.
Greg Warwick and his wife Sue have pimped up their BMW vehicle with a tiger skin roof to take part in the event, which they left for yesterday.
They are set to travel to France, Lichtenstein, Switzerland and Italy, stopping off at campsites overnight along the way.
Former RAF serviceman Greg said: “This is the first time we have done it, and pimping the car up is just a way of publicising what we are doing and the charity.
“We have always referred to the car as a pimp mobile, so this was the perfect time to pimp it up, courtesy of Metrosigns garage in Manton Lane.”
Hounds For Heroes provides trained dogs to injured personnel of the UK Armed Forces. To donate go to www.justgiving.com/screwballpimpmobile
