Petrol pricing to be debated in House of Commons today

editorial image

Allegations of unfair petrol pricing will be debated in the House Of Commons today, and the Times & Citizen will be there.

Richard Fuller, MP for Bedford and Kempston, who has lent his support to our campaign to stop high fuel prices in our area, will also be attending the debate.

To hear all the latest from the debate you can follow reporter Hayley O’Keeffe who will be tweeting what was said from the house as soon as the meeting concludes.

The debate is in response to news that the Office of Fair Trading is set to investigate allegations of unfair petrol pricing across the UK and will work with the public to address their concerns.

So check out our @BedfordTC Twitter account today to find out more about the hot topic.
