A chance to see Polish bakers in action, and have a go yourself is on offer at a 123 Create in Midland Road tomorrow.

Taste Real Food Bedfordshire is hosting the event from midday in partnership with the Aysha Academy Trust.

On the day you can learn how to bake a Polish faworki donut, as well as learn about the Ayesha Academy Trust, a not-for-profit organisation which provides community projects in the town.

There will also be a chance to hear from Melody Hossaini, a multi-award-winning businesswoman who is sure to deliver an inspirational speech.
