Men arrested for money laundering

Three men have been arrested this morning in Bedford (Friday 31 Aug) on suspicion of money laundering.

Four addresses were subject to search warrants by the Regional Asset Recovery Team, part of Eastern Region Special Operations Unit.

Two men, aged 49 and 25, were arrested at a house in Corfe Road, where £10,000 in cash and a replica firearm were recovered.

Another man, aged 23, was arrested from Jasmine Close in Bedford. All three are currently being held for questioning.
