A Bedford man has launched a personal training and sports nutrition service – and you can meet him at a free group session this weekend.
Darren Farrar will hold personal training and group sessions to help people with their fitness goals, weight management issues and lifestyle changes.
He will also be offering help on fitness and gym instruction, nutrition and supplement advice, corporate training, outdoor, group and sport team training, and wellness.
He completed qualifications with Premier Training International before launching his new service in Bedford and across the borough.
Darren has worked in a number of jobs in the past and says that helps.
He said: “Now as a personal trainer and nutrition advisor, I understand the stresses of different jobs and how difficult it can be to find time to train and exercise.
“There is always a way to train – before work, during lunch, after work, weekends and any evening! I operate as a mobile trainer so I can physically train wherever and whenever you are free.
“Our training is for anyone and everyone. I welcome people from all walks of life, and I know you that you will make friends in the process and meet an instructor who is not afraid to motivate and exercise with you.”
The first free group training taster sessions will be held on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, at noon in Russell Park, meet at the Kiosk in the Park. Visit www.dfpsortsnutrition.com or call 07894 131 9184.
