Man walks on 421

Shocked motorists called police after spotting a man walking down the central reservation of the A421 close to the Wootton junction last Sunday.

Police received two calls at around 6.50pm and attended the scene, but the man had gone.

The force has no further concerns for the safety of the man, who was aged around 60.
