A man was left with injuries after a moped and car collided in Bedford in the early hours of this morning Saturday, May 24.
A Magpas crew arrived at the scene just after 12.30am where they gave emergency treatment to the man who was suffering lower body fractures.
Magpas Helimedix Doctor Phil Morgan and Paramedic Dan Read arrived via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW.
An EEAST Ambulance Crew requested their assistance, en route to hospital from the scene of an incident.
The Magpas team sedated the man in the ambulance while giving enhanced A&E care in order to reduce the level of his injury.
The Helimedix team then accompanied the man by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital where he was reported to be in a stable condition.
