His third event is taking place on Saturday (March 15) and it is a double class for teenagers and adults.

A session for 13-21-year-olds is taking place between 11am and noon, and a class for over 21s is running after 1pm between noon and 1pm.

People will be able to learn basic self-defence rules and how to defend yourself if you are attacked with a knife. Kickboxing champion Paul Childerley will be taking the class.

It is taking place at Templefield Lower School in Flitwick. Everyone who wants to come along is asked to book. Email urbanstreetdefence@aol.co.uk
