Historic building turned into flats

A former cottage hospital and college has been transformed in seven luxurious homes.

Buyers in Bedfordshire are being invited to view the latest apartment at Kebbell Homes’ Maryland development in Woburn, where history and modern comforts go hand-in-hand.

Built in the early 1900s Maryland is a handsome arts and crafts building, formerly a cottage hospital and college.

It has now been refurbished by Kebbell Homes into a collection of seven high specification apartments.

Sales and marketing manager at Kebbell Homes Andrea Fawell said: “We have transformed this beautiful Grade II listed building into a collection of highly desirable apartments, which are sure to appeal to those looking for a home that promises luxury and glamour.

“We are now inviting home buyers to visit Apartment Seven at Maryland, which is a truly spectacular home and offers accommodation over two floors.

“This home benefits from a number of Maryland’s original features, including exposed brickwork, high ceilings and lots of windows.”

Maryland features a collection of two and three-bedroom apartments.
