Flasher spotted in bushes at Cardington Mill

Police are appealing for information from the public after a man indecently exposed himself in Bedford on Monday, July 7.

The incident happened at approximately 4.38pm when a member of the public saw the man exposing himself and committing an indecent act in bushes close to a car park at Cardington Mill on Mill Lane.

The man is described as white and in his mid-50s.

PC Angelina Aylward, investigating, is keen to trace other members of the public who may have spotted the man.

PC Aylward said: “This man’s behaviour is disturbing and we need information from the public to help identify him. There would have been a number of people, including children from the local school, in the area at the time of the offence, and I would urge anyone who has information relating to this man or anyone who has been subjected to similar behaviour to contact me, in confidence.”
