Familiar face at the pinnacle of a ‘golden triangle’
WHEN surveyors Kirkby & Diamond opened a new office in Bedford the firm knew an experienced and well-known face was needed to take up the reins as head of commercial agency.
And so Andrew Clarke has joined the team at the firm’s new office at Clifton House, Goldington Road, and brings with him 23 years of working in town.
Andrew has long been known as Bedford’s leading commercial agent, having won the EGi’s Most Active Regional Agent Award for the past four years. He was also a director at Douglas Duff, until the firm’s recent closure.
The Bedford office of Kirkby & Diamond completes a ‘golden triangle’ with their Milton Keynes and Luton operations.
Andrew is joined by former colleagues David Tillison as head of professional services, Irene Dymond as head of property management, and Enza Marinaro as office administrator. The quartet all have extensive and wide-ranging knowledge of the Bedford market, which will ensure the delivery of effective and comprehensive commercial agency and professional services.
