A father is due to stand trial for the manslaughter of his son who fell while he was working for his roofing business.
Tony Broadbent, 60, is accused of the manslaughter of his son Kyle Broadbent, 24, on August 18 last year.
He is also accused of failing to discharge his duty as an employer on the same date.
Mr Broadbent, of High Street, Harrold, pleaded not guilty to both charges at a brief hearing at Luton Crown Court last Thursday.
Kyle Broadbent lived at Favell Drive, Furzton, Milton Keynes.
The trial is scheduled to take place at on March 31 next year.
