Last week the site contractors V E Parrott moved onto the site to begin work on the 19 flat complex due that is due to be completed in June 2013.

Housing services manager at Mayday Trust Darren Clayton: “We are thrilled that the months of planning with V E Parrott and Impartlinks has come to fruition. “We aim not to just provide one of the best accommodation portfolios in the sector, but the best with quality housing matching our commitment to premier support.

“The Holman House development is the first step to further improving the support we offer to those of our residents with mental health needs.”
