Police have issued CCTV images following thefts from two stores in Bedford.

CCTV images have been released of two men that they would like to speak with following the theft of groceries from the M&S Simply Food store at the BP Filling Station in Newnham Avenue, Bedford.

The incident happened at 1.05pm on Monday, December 2, when the offenders entered the shop and selected a large amount of chocolates before leaving the shop without making any attempt to pay for the items.

Police have also released CCTV images of two women that they would like to speak with following the theft of clothes from Next in the Interchange Retail Park in Kempston.

The incident happened at 6pm on Tuesday, October 15, when the offenders entered the store, selected a number of items of children’s clothing, hid them in a buggy and then left the shop without making any attempt to pay.

The duo then returned to the store, put more clothing into a black holdall and then left again without paying.
