Aston Martin representatives visited Wootton Upper School to provide students with an interest in engineering the unique opportunity to “meet the experts” and to see the iconic DB9 Volante in the flesh.

Aston Martin gave a presentation to the students in which Bal Choda explained his career in engineering and outlined how the company has built up its exclusive brand.

The company then informed the 60 students present about the many engineering opportunities available at Aston Martin, including body modelling, component assembly, repair and test driving.

Students were asked to imagine if there was any of those roles they would enjoy, and gave a positive response.

Eager students and staff then got the opportunity to pose for photographs with the car.
