Art students have taken over the BedPop shop for their end-of-year show - and the end of BedPop’s occupation of the building.
The Bedford College students present their Blood, Sweat and Tears exhibition, making good use of the shop’s white walls and large windows.
During the past six months the former Pizza Hut building has hosted 19 different events ranging from a pop-up cinema and shops, to art exhibitions and a reading venue for children.
BedPop shop spokesman Erica Roffe said: “BedPop’s occupation of the building has resulted in increased interest in the property. That’s got to be a good thing – we’d love it if there were no empty shops in Bedford.”
BedPop, and the art exhibition, runs until Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm.
