PLANS to build a Premier Inn hotel on land by the side of The Branston Way will be discussed by council chiefs on Monday.

Premier Inn Hotels Ltd have applied to develop land abutting The Branston Way and adjacent to Marsh Leys roundabout in Kempston Rural.

The application includes plans for a hotel block, a pub and restaurant and associated car parking, access routes and an energy substation.

The application is recommended for consent.
