A housing association has maintained its position in the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards.
Bedford-based bpha, which manages around 200,000 customer queries each year, was one of only four housing associations to qualify for the accolade.
Head of customer contact Adam Gould said: “This is an amazing achievement that reflects our investment in quality customer service.
“We have put a lot of effort into getting this far and the top 50 benchmarking report will help to inform how we can further improve.”
More than 160 companies took part in the nationally recognised awards, which are based on mystery shopping and a customer service benchmarking report.
