Helifest charity music event launches in Oakley

The East Anglian Air Ambulance has announced the first ever Helifest event set to take place at Oakley Sports & Social Ground in Oakley.

The date for your diary is Saturday 23rd July.

A unique and original music festival – Helifest ’16 promises to be a spectacular event full of fun and entertainment for all the family.

Six live acts will play throughout the evening, with performers including U2-2, Paul Stone as Billy Idol, Leon Bratt, Empire, and I Am Aquitaine.

Music aside and motorbike displays, Hot Rod displays, stalls, food and beer tents, entertainment for children, a fair and bouncy castles will figure.

“This is going to be a truly fabulous event with so much for all the family to enjoy.

“It is the first music event of its kind that the East Anglian Air Ambulance has ever hosted and we are hoping to make it an annual event,” said fundraising manager Nicola Perry.
