Big hearts for haul of hampers
Sharnbrook Upper School have assembled around 375 Christmas hampers as part of their annual hamper appeal.
Students and staff have collected festive foods and small gifts which will be distributed to families in need in the Bedford area, together with the Bedford Foodbank, a voluntary scheme which provides emergency food and support to people in crisis in the community,
Assistant headteacher Virginia Green said: “The quality of the hampers shows that young people have tremendous compassion and generosity when presented with the needs of others.”
