HUNDREDS of teenagers and young adults got in the sporting spirit on Tuesday, when the Bedford Games was held at Bedford International Athletic Stadium.

The youngsters, who all have disabilities, tackled a range of sporting challenges, as well as an old-fashioned sing-song.

Councillor Kristy Adams, pictured in some of the photographs, said: “It was a wonderful event, and both humbling and brilliant to see so many smiling faces.

“Lots of gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded.”
