Eagulls will soar above stage at Esquires - that’s if their van has been fixed!

The band were previously booked to play a Pad Presents show with Merchandise last August, but a van breakdown on the way out of their home town Leeds saw them unable to play.

Now a headliner in their own right and a critically, and commercially successful debut album under their belts, they finally make it to town on Sunday, October 19 with a mass of festival appearances under their belt.

Eagulls were formed in 2010 and released their first single Council Flat Blues. Last year the band signed to Partisan Records, releasing singles Nerve Endings and Tough Luck, with a cover of Killing Joke’s Requiem.

The five-piece have been given much attention on the other side of the pond, culminating in a special performance of Possessed on the David Letterman show.

Also on the bill are Bad Breeding and Silver Arm. Advance purchase of tickets is recommended. Tickets are £8 from www.thepadpresents.com, Boutique Planet and Esquires. This is a show ages 14+ and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Visit www.thepadpresents.com
