A Bedford man had a chat with the Prime Minister at a Sikh festival.
Gurpiar Singh had travelled to Gravesend, in Kent, to join his family at the Guru Nanak Darbar Temple to celebrate the festival of Vaisakhi.
Mr Singh said: “David Cameron was the guest of the temple and was there to join in the festival with his wife, Samantha.
“We had a nice chat about non-political things.”
Vaisakhi is an important celebration which marks the establishment of the Sikh community known as the Khalsa, held in mid-April.
