A disability vehicle was stolen during a break-in at a house in Bedford.

Between 6am and 7.30am on Saturday (July 18) a person entered a property in Priory Court and stole the keys to the specially adapted car.

Det Con Olyver Tomlinson said: “The offender has taken advantage of a vulnerable person and stolen their means of transport. This is despicable and I’m urging anyone who could help us solve this to get in touch.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Det Con Tomlinson on 101, text 07786 200 011, or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
