The hunt is on for two men who threatened a women and robbed a shop in Ravensden.

The men entered the shop in Oldways Road at approximately 6.50pm, on Sunday (February 1), when one of the men threatened a woman who was inside.

They stole about £230 from the till, and the woman’s mobile phone.

Bedfordshire Police are seeking witness to the incident. They have described one robber as being in his 30s, six foot, average build, and wearing a brown jacket, blue denim jeans, with a scarf covering his mouth. The other man is described as wearing dark clothing.

PC Ude said: “Not only was money stolen in this incident, but a woman was physically threatened. We’re keen for anyone who may be able to help us to come forward immediately.”
