He remains in a ‘stable and non-life-threatening condition’

A man has been taken to hospital after police were called to a stabbing in Bedford in the early hours of Monday (June 12).

Police were called to Cricket Lane at around 3am where a man had been stabbed. The victim was taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable but non-life-threatening condition.

Officers will be carrying out high-visibility patrols in the area while they investigate the incident.
