Three men have been arrested after a late-night street brawl erupted outside a Bedford pub.

Bedfordshire Police said the men have been arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with the incident, which involved a number of people. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Officers are now appealing for witnesses to the fight outside the George and Dragon Public House, Mill Street, which took place between 2am and 2.20am on Sunday (May 15).

PC Marshall said: “We will not tolerate anti-social behaviour such as this in the streets of Bedford.

“Fortunately no-one was injured during the incident, however, I’d still like to speak anyone who has information or witnessed the fight.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Marshall on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
