Academy trusts win millions in funding with help from Cube Chartered Surveyors

In the latest round of Condition Improvement Fund bids to the Education Funding Agency, Flitwick-based Building Consultacy Cube secured six applications totalling £1.8 million.

This latest success brings the total amount raised over the past three years to £5 million.

Cube chartered surveyors have been providing a full complement of services to schools and businesses for more than 12 years, and has achieved major success for more than 12 schools - providing bid, project and contact management services for academy funds.

“We have expertise in an area which is completely unchartered territory for some Senior Management Teams and Business Managers in schools,” said account manager Tim Warnesford.

“Cube and our associates combine strategic advice and operational delivery across a range of services that include Condition Improvement Fund bid preparation and submission.

“Cube’s CiF rate currently stands at 75% against the industry average of 25%”

An event for business managers, governors and school heads to explain how to ensure CiF bids have the best chance of success is planned. Interested parties should contact Tim directly: [email protected]
