Saving the planet, one cartridge at a time

CARTRIDGE Depot staff have recycled over 200 cartridges in their first month of trading in Bedford.

The firm, which opened in St Loyes Street in March recycle cartridges and prevent them from going to landfill. To promote their recycling scheme Cartridge Depot offers a discount on their printer cartridges for their customers when they bring in their empty cartridge. They also offer a recycling scheme for businesses, schools and charities in which they donate money for certain empty cartridges.

Guy Ciampa, director of Cartridge Depot, said: “We are so pleased with the results of our recycling in our first month, and we are happy to give something back to the local customers by discounting them for bringing their empty cartridges into our shop in St Loyes Street.

“We understand how important it is to take part in saving the environment, and this is one way we hope to do this. “We look forward to increasing our contribution towards saving our environment with the help of our customers for many years to come.”
