Could your business benefit?

Increasing profitability while saving the environment is the aim of a new programme.

Small and medium sized businesses in the East of England are being urged to apply for a share of £3.2million to help them develop new products and reduce energy consumption.

Businesses can apply to be part of the Low Carbon KEEP programme, which is managed by Anglia Ruskin University and has already supported over 35 successful projects, providing £675,000 of funding to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The programme offers grant support to help businesses improve their capabilities and a recent graduate is employed to spearhead the project, closely supported by an academic expert.

The programme runs until December 2014, and the deadline to apply for a maximum 18-month project is May this year.

For information about the Low Carbon KEEP programme visit www.anglia.ac.uk/lowcarbon, phone 0845 196 4310 or email lowcarbon@anglia.ac.uk
